The Fan C Mk 3 The Fan Ce It sits on top of my Morso Log Burner and being a heat powered fan, it starts up at about 100 degrees C (flue pipe temp), it runs faster as the temperature climbs up to 240 degrees. If I move the fan position on the stove top I can adjust the fan speed. I use a stove top thermometer to determine the surface temperature of the stove top – anything between 100 & 250 degrees C is fine. The principle is in generating a temperature variation between the upper and lower plates of the TEG |
